Insurance agencies rely on producers to bring in revenue for the agency. The better the producer is equipped to perform and make sales, the more money comes in. That’s why a top-notch training program is an investment that’s likely to pay off several-fold for the agency.

Taylor Romrell is one example of a young insurance producer who came in with a sales background, but had limited success starting out. Four months into his insurance career at The Buckner Company and having yet to close his first deal, Taylor was referred by a coworker to The National Alliance Producer School — a two-week training program that, in his words, “totally changed [his] business.” Taylor closed five deals within a month of returning from the program.
